Will: Last Will and Testament of Eliza Applegate wife of Samuel Applegate of the Township of Raritan, County of Monmouth State of New Jersey, by and with the consent of Samuel Applegate, her husband

In the name of God Amen. I Eliza Applegate of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say:

First it is my will that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid soon as conveniently can be after my decease.

Item I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughters Mary Catherine Walling, wife of Jonathan S. Walling and Eleanor D. Wagner wife of Gilbert Wagner all my property, personal and real, and all interest and rights in, to or out of property of whatever nature or wherever found to them and their heirs or assigs forever to be equally divided between them share and share alike.

Item I nominate and appoint my said daughters Mary Catherine and Eleanor D executors of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof we the said Samuel and Eliza Applegate have hereto affixed our hands and seals this ninth day of August A.D. Eighteen Hundred and seventy two.
