The last will and testament of Kinneth Appleget of the Township of Windsor in the County of Mercer and State of New Jersey is in manner and form following That is to say

In the first place I order and direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid.

Then I give bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Gertrude all my estate both real and personal. Subject nevertheless to the following bequests.

Second. I give and bequeath to my adopted daughter Gertrude A. A. Wicoff four thousand dollars to be paid to her in one year after my decease.

Third. I give and bequeath to my name sake Kinneth Appleget Wicoff son of Cornelius Wicoff Three thousand dollars to be paid to him in one year after my decease.

Fourth I give and bequeath to my sister Rachel Allen sixty dollars a year in addition to the interest of four thousand dollars bequeathed to her by my father and in case of sickness or accident should the above prove insufficient to her comfortable support I then direct she shall be paid such further sums as will make her comfortable. All of which sums are to be paid to her and not subject to any other person.

Fifth I further direct that at the decease of my wife one thousand dollars more be paid to the said Gertrude A. A. Wicoff and a like sum to the said Kinneth Appleget Wicoff should they or either of them be living at that time.

Lastly I constitute and appoint my beloved wife Gertrude Appleget executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of November A.D. eighteen hundred and forty seven.
