In the name of God, Amen I Elwood Applegate of Monroe Township Middlesex County, State of New Jersey do make this my last will as follows:

Item - I do order my debts paid by my executors as soon as convenient after my decease

Item - I do give my property, real or personal, share and share alike to my Brother Abijah Appelgate, and my sisters Mary E. Van Hart, Emma J. Mount, and Fanny Applegate

Item - I do appoint my brother Abijah Applegate to be my executor of this my last will and testament.

Lastly, I do declare this to be my last will and testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this February 20, 1900.
