In the name of God, Amen. I William M. Appelgate of the City and County of Camden and State of New Jersey being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding although physically sick and disabled do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all previous or former wills made by me in manner following; that is to say:

Item: It is my will and I do hereby order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.

I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my property, real personal and mixed unto my brother Emmor Appelgate in fee simple to him and his heirs forever.

I hereby nominate and appoint the said brother Emmor Appelgate executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four.
