Last Will and Testament of Stephen W. Applegate

Last Will and Testament.
I Stephen W. Applegate, of the Township of Forward, County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, a farmer by occupation, being of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, and the only Will I have ever before made as follows, to wit:
After my funeral expenses, and any other debts I may leave have been fully paid and satisfied, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Eliza J. Applegate, my farm consisting of One Hundred and fifty two acres, more or less, and all buildings erected thereon, together with all my personal property, consisting of mortgages, stock, money at interest, and all other property both real and personal wheresoever found to have and Dispose of at any time after my death as she may deem advisable.
I nominate and appoint Eliza J. Applegate Executrix to this my last Will and Testament, this being the only will I have ever made. In witness whereof, I the said testator Stephen W. Applegate, have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this Eleventh day of April A.D. 1910
