Last Will and Testament of Samuel Church Applegate, Deceased

I Samuel Church Applegate, of the County of Allegheny in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do make the following to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made; that is to say
I give, devise and bequeath all my estate real, personal and mixed, to my wife Mary Cornelia Applegate and to her heirs and assigns.
I constitute and appoint my said wife mary Cornelia Applegate executrix of this my last Will and Testament, and I desire that no inventory or appraisement be made of my estate.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of February 1902
