[Note that Elizabeth's bequests failed. Her sister Minerva died in 1898, and her niece Josephine (Applegate) Colvin died in early 1899. Her grand nieces, the daughters of Josephine, brought a petition for letters of administration shortly after Elizabeth's death in May of 1899. The Petition follows the Will in Will Book 57. It identifies Minnie J Stephens, Mabel Colvin, and Mary R Colvin as nieces of Elizabeth and asks that Mabel be granted letters of administration. ~sta]
