IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN
I, Irene A. Appelgate, wife of Charles E. Appelgate, of the Borough of Brooklyn, County of Kings, City and State of New York,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this life, do make, publish, and declare this be my last Will and Testament as follows:
First, after my lawful debts are paid, I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband, Charles E. Appelgate, all my estate real and personal of every name, nature and kind, sover and wheresoever situate, as well that which I now have as that which I may hereafter die seized or possessed of, or entitled to. To have and to hold the same for himself, his heirs and assigns forever.
SECOND, I do hereby authorize and empower the Executor of this my last Will and Testament to sell and convey all or any part of the real estate of which I may die seized or possessed or, and execute good and sufficient conveyances therefore to the purchaser or purchasers thereof.
I hereby appoint my beloved husband Charles E. Appelgate to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the twenty fourth day of February in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.

Subscribed by Irene A. Appelgate the Testatrix named in the foregoing Will in the presence of each of us, and at the time of making such subscription, the above Instrument was declared by the said Testatrix to be her last Will and Testament, and each of us, at the request of said Testatrix and in her presence and in the presence of each other, signed our names as witnesses thereto.
