In the name of God Amen I David B. Appleget of the Township of Monroe in the County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say

It is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease

My will is that Runey Dey the grandfather and Ellen Dey the grandmother of my two daughters Ellen D. Appleget and Margaret A. Appleget shall have the privileges of selecting for my two said daughters any articles from among my goods and chattels which articles they shall be privileged to take at the appraisement of my property and the said grandfather and grandmother to have the privilege of keeping my two said daughters as long as they wish

I do order my executors herein named to sell and dispose of all the residue of my estate both real and personal and after the payment of all my debts and expenses as aforesaid the residue and remainder of my estate including the articles selected for my two daughters named in case there be any I give and bequeath unto my four children to wit Arrunah D. Appleget, Thomas Appleget, Ellen D. Appleget and Margaret A. Appleget in equal portions share and share alike.

I do order and direct my executors herein named to pay unto Runey Dey and Ellen Dey the grandfather and grandmother annually such part of the proceeds of the portion of my two daughters above named as they shall deep proper for clothing education etc

Lastly, I do constitute and appoint Disbrow Appleget my brother executor of this my last testament and will and guardian of my two children above named to wit Arrunah D. Appleget and Thomas Appleget till they severally attain the age of twenty one years.

In witness whereof I the said David B. Appleget hath hereto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of October in the year A.D. Eighteen hundred and forty five
