Will of Daniel

I, Daniel W. Applegate, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this as my last will and testament.
Item. I do order and direct my executrix hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, as soon as may be after my decease.

Item. All of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situate, of every nature, character and kind, I give, bequeath and devise unqualifiedly to my wife, Anna E. Applegate.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife Anna E. Applegate to the sole Executrix of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I Daniel W. Applegate the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and sixteen (1916).

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the Testator, as his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence, and the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses to the same
