1892-04-23 Will of Joseph 5G1B1A7 New Jersey Archives 5439K In the name of God, Amen I Joseph Applegate of Princetown township in the county of Mercer and State of New Jersey, being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following. that is to say: First It is my will and I do hereby order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently can be after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Margaret Titus two hundred dollars to be paid to her by my executor. Item=I give and devise to my beloved wife Julia Applegate all the rest of my property, both real and personal, wheresoever situate and whatever the same may be to her and her heirs and assigns. Lastly I hereby nominate and appoint Joseph H. Bruer my sole executor of this my last will and testament with full powers to execute the same.
