 The last Will and Testament of Disbrough Applegate I Disbrough Applegate of the Township of East Windsor in the County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following

 That is to say First I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rachel Allen the interest of Four Thousand dollars to be paid as follows by my executor hereinafter named While she remains the wife of Gabriel Allen my said Executor is under no obligation to pay of the interest unless he thinks her situation should require a part which is left entirely to his discretion Should she become a widow then I order my executor to pay her yearly the interest of Four Thousand dollars to be secured on bonds and mortgage for her benefit after which my executor is not to be holden or held responsible for any loses that may occur to the same to be paid during her natural life after which should she leave lawful issue, the said four thousand dollars to be paid such heir or heirs when arrived at twenty one years of age but should she leave no lawful issue then the said four thousand dollars to revert back again into my estate. 

 Second I give and bequeath unto Disbrough Carson son of Robert, Disbrough Carson son of Anthony, Disbrough Applegate son of John, Disbrough Applegate son of Thomas, Disbrough Conover son of Richard, Margaret Conover wife of Richard, Margaret Dey daughter of Nehemiah, each of the before named one Hundred dollars to be paid unto those that are of lawful age in two years after my decease and those that are not when they arrive at the age of twenty one . I also give and bequeath unto Gertrude A. Wickoff one hundred dollars to be placed at interest for her use in one year after my decease and to be paid when she arrives at twenty one years of age. 

 Third and lastly I give and Bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal of whatever kind and nature soever unto my affectionate son Kinneth Applegate whom I hereby appoint sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former will by me made. 

 In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven
